Hello, im making a site with Codeingiter 2 (php framework) and i want to enable the pretty urls. Since Plesk is using Apache and nginx i've set the option to use nginx for php files and apache for the rest. The problem is with the pretty urls. How to i add this: http://wiki.nginx.org/Codeigniter to my nginx server? or should i use the htaccess?

/usr/local/psa/handlers/spool full of old emails
I noticed our harddisc was almost full today, and upon investigating I found /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool full of old emails, literally hundreds of thousands.
I found this topic: /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool full of e-mails
It states the issue was resolved in Plesk 12.0 but I'm running Plesk v17.8.11 and the emails aren't getting deleted for us.

I am trying to to configure the postfix bounce notification email, so that I am notified whenever Postfix is unable to deliver a message. Here's what I'm seeing in the mail log when one of my virtual hosts (testdomain.com) tries to send an email to a non-existent gmail account:

I'm using Plesk 12.5 and I have set-up Horde to provide ActiveSync connection to Outlook 2013.
Everything works fine, except when I create a new folder\subfolder.
I was working in IMAP, so I already had a "folder structure", then I switched to EAS.

NODEJS - Passenger restart every day but apps not init
I have run a nodejs app and all is working allright, the app is doing background job.
But once a day at 6:30 am the passenger or apache or something restart
At 6:32 the passenger/apache has been restarted but app is not runing again unless I start it again by my self.
Why is this restarting everyday?

deleting files from Home Directory
I have a website hosted on a Plesk environment. The website was hacked today.
What I have done is delete all files that were in the HTTPDOCS directory, with the intention of re-installing the website from a backup that I have taken recently.
I'm noticing that even though I have deleted the entire content of the HTTPDOCS directory, there are still a number of suspect files that are appearing in the root Home Directory. Any attempt to delete these files doesn't seem to work, as the files...

Webmaster local email classified as spam
Hi I have Plesk 12.5.30 Web Pro edition with 2 domains, and all mail sent from webmaster@domain1.es is classified as spam on useraccount1@domain1.es
I tried deleting both accounts and re-creating them but the problem is not solved.
I've checked logs but doesn't see why mail from webmaster is classified as spam.
The problem only occurs with mail from webmaster -> useraccount1, it doesn't occur sending mail to other accounts from the domain.

NGINX error: upstream sent too big header

we receive errors during working with WordPress installations on our server:

Sometimes when updating plugins, but also when just clicking around.

Problems downloading backup files
Navigator starts downloading file, at the end (when all file is downloaded) shows "fail".
This problem only occurs on some backups, not the sames and several times.
The last backup I've must download throw ftp, accessing to tmp directory and changing the name of the dump file to backup_info....
No errors at all psa log files.

Floating IP always resolves to default page
We are in the process of trying out Floating IP on DigitalOcean to sit in front of our Plesk servers (https://www.digitalocean.com/compan...ting-your-applications-for-high-availability/). But have run into some issues with using the IP address provided as a shared address for sites within plesk.

Emails go in Spam Hotmail but in Gmail not! why?

i have a Problem since i bought a new Server and after i did all things about SPF DKIM etc .. my score in mail-tester is 10/10 see hier: Spam Test Result
when i send any email to google, the mail go direkt in the Post also in Gmail i dont have any problem: see the orginal messege:

Plesk 12.5 Nginx port forward to Node app
Trying to proxy_pass Nginx to a node app, but nothing I do works.
I've tried to add my "location / {}" to
include "/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/conf/vhost_nginx.conf";
but it gives me an error saying that it's a duplicate.
I've also tried adding the new routing to "Additional nginx directives", but it gives me the same error.
I also tried adding, "location ^~ /$ {}"
But that does nothing as well, but I get no errors with this one.
I need to force Nginx to port forward everything...

Deleting old mails from the server
Greatings everyone.
I'm in the need of a comand to remove emails older than 30 days from the server. (We are using dovecot/postfix)
I found this : "find /var/qmail/mailnames/domain/*/*/cur -type f -mtime +30 -exec rm {} \;" and it works, but the other IT guy says it is too risky, but I can't find a specific dovecot/postfix comand to delete old mails.
The other solution is to violate the users account and delete old emails in the webmail.
What do you recommend?
