Hi Guys!

I've had a problem with Plesk and an error message for some time. Unfortunately, so far tips have failed. That's why I wanted to ask you.

From time to time the following error message appears: "500 Internal Server Error nginx". This really happens at different times.
Once there are only 5 visitors and the message appears, then again there are 70 visitors and everything works fine. Initially thought that it is due to the number of users, but I can not imagine that.

Global Dovecot Sieve Rule?

I'm using Plesk 12.5, running on CentOS 6.8 with Dovecot for mail.

I see that you can create custom Dovecot Sieve filters in Roundcube for each client as needed.

Can someone tell me a way (even with custom-added files) to create one "global" Dovecot sieve filter, that could maybe reside in /etc/dovecot/conf.d so it wouldn't be deleted in an upgrade, that would be in effect for all my mail users at once?

(I want to delete all email containing this header: X-Spam-Level...

AH01630: client denied by server configuration

Hi,

Apache generate lots of warnings like below on some files within the httpdocs:

[authz_core:error] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/
wp-content/themes/***/css/custom_style.php

Any idea how to fix this? I found this in
/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/server.php:

Disable Smart static files processing

Hi,

Is it possible to disable Smart static files processing for all domains on a plesk server?

I am having some issues with nginx and want to troubleshoot the problem.

To troubleshoot I need to activate NGINX but that will result in downtime of some websites.

So to minimize the downtime, I want to disable Smart static files processing for all the websites.

Wordpress Toolkit not updating all Themes/Plugins

How can I 'force' Wordpress Toolkit to rescan themes and plugins?

A handful of themes and plugins are often present with different version numbers. WP Toolkit will recommend upgrades but only some of the installations are upgraded when ticking the box and selecting upgrade leaving orphaned themes or plugins that require logging into the specific WP install to upgrade.themes.jpg plugins.jpg

I haven't been succeeding in connecting to my mail server using an imap client (I'm trying to use gmail app on Android to connect to my mail server via imap), but I have just found the error and therefore the very simple solution, as indicated on this forum: https://adeelejaz.com/blog/smtp-authorization-does-not-work-on-plesk-11/.

Checking my mail log I found this error:

I have a server with Plesk panel installed on him and a website which reach that server through Cloudflare! Content is served by Apache and OS is Ubuntu 14.

The problem is that all logs contain Cloudflare IP address!

Hello,

trying to set up a cron job for magento in one of my plesk user subscriptions.

Here is my setup:

when i try to run this job i get this error:

the directory certainly exists so what am i missing here ? (i have to admit that i am not super skilled in setting up cron jobs :oops: )

We've noticed that PHP repeatedly gives this error when our server is under heavy load. We've experienced this during peak live traffic, and also load testing on a clone of the server.

In /var/log/plesk-php56-fpm/error.log:

DIGEST-MD5 issues

Hello,

We appear to be having problems with some users authenticating with DIGEST-MD5 on Dovecot.

It seems to be Android phones with the latest update Marshmallow that are are having the issue.

They first attempt to connect via DIGEST MD5 and fail, then tries PLAIN and succeeds. This is of course getting caught in Fail2Ban which eventually leads to blocking their IP address.

I have since temporarily disabled DIGEST-MD5 on Dovecot.

Is anyone else noticing this same issue?

Hello all :)

I decided to make a comparison between a few of the different PHP handlers provided by Plesk 12.5, I thought you may like to see.
  • All tests performed on an account limited by CloudLinux 7.1 LVE defaults and also within CageFS.
  • Apache Benchmark was performed on the server the tested account resides on.
  • The test website is a stock Wordpress 4.3 install.
  • All results are in average requests served per second over 10 tests each

Hello, i try this command, in linux centos 7, with a odin plesk 12.5

# ./database --assign-to-subscription jdoe-gallery -domain example.com -server localhost:3306
>>>but the command ./database dont work ( -bash: ./database: no such file or directory )

- create a reseller plan
- disable some permissions:
Backup and restoration of subscription data using the server storage
Backup and restoration of account data using an FTP storage
Access to Application Catalog

- assign this plan to a reseller
- log in as that reseller (not admin and "log in as..." but log out and log in with actual reseller login/password)

- create a hosting plan:
--> the reseller can select all the above, although admin didn't give permission...

Hallo

I'm a beginner. I rented a server with OS Debian 7.8 and Plesk v12.0.18 . for my site but no technical support is provided. I have to solve any problem myself.
I want to run Cron, at 10 minutes but Looks like cron is not run on webserver.

What have I done: I am a beginner and I searched the internet :)
1) click domain-> Open in Control Panel...

Enable SSL for domain from command line

I'm able to create an SSL certificate in a domain's repository using the plesk bin certificate utility. Is it also possible to actually enable that certificate for the domain from the command line? Currently I have to visit the "Hosting Settings" screen and manually set the certificate. Thanks.
