Problem Plesk 12.5.30 Fresh install

I have just installed new from scratch and I moved the website but for some reason keep crashing , I keep having multiple process from

which overload the server and keep crashing  every 10 minute  I really hope someone can please advice , I will attach error log

Plesk panel login log

Hello,

I would need your help to find the IP's from which admin access occurred to plesk. I have checked the log "/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log" however it is listing only failed login attempts. Also the log "/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log" is empty.

Is there any other logs to find IP's which successfully logged into the plesk panel?

Mine is a Ubuntu 14.04 server with plesk version 12.5.30.

Running spamtrain for a single mailbox

Spamtrain runs for all mailboxes on the server but often I want to put spam into the spam folder and then run spamtrain for a single mailbox.
Is this possible?

Hello,

I'm trying to redirect users to database/mail management pages with automatic login link, while logging in part works ok, I have issues with redirections.

Plesk is installed on different server than my site, and if I try to use "success_redirect_url" param in link url, it will show this error "Original link and target URL should be on the same domain."

It works ok if I prevent browser from sending http referrer to plesk, but I'm not sure if it will work for all user as this...

Hi all,

I have not found any answer which will resolve this issue, so I'm posting the issue I have here.

The issue I have is that when changing the e-mail address for the administrator I get an error as followed:

ch_admin_email: /opt/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng execution failed:
[2017-02-23 15:55:33] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/opt/psa/admin/bin/nginx_control' '--restart'] with exit code [255]
Can not reload proxy server: Service /etc/init.d/nginx failed to restart...

I have created plesk accounts for clients, at webmaster level and then even upgraded it to administrator level for a subscription when they requested that they be able to white list some domains that spamassassin was blocking.

I can do that server side wise for whole server, and I think the individual mail user if given optional access to access plesk at email user level can do this? ( i havent checked - but wopuld be a pain as would need to enable all email account users to have...

can't change plesk admin password

When i will change the admin password in Plesk-Panel or in the Shell, i became an Error:

copy_file failed: copy_file: System Error: invalid file paths in /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/copy_file: /var/lib/psa/tmp2/tmp/nsfJHYSmL /etc/psa/.psa.shadow
System error 2: No such file or directory

What can i do to set a new admin password?

This bug has apparently been known for about 3 years dev said they where working on a fix but 3 years for a fix... is too long ... or is the resolution still on hold? its still not fix on the new Plesk Onyx Version 17.0.17 on linux

Allow customer to independently set additional php directives

Hi all,

is there any way in making independent a customer to add / override uncommon PHP parameters
(ie. max_input_vars) for a particular vhost, if the domain is set in PHP-FPM ?

I know that the administrator account have to "Additional configuration directives" available in the PHP seciton , but a customer can not have that section enabled.

In addition the option to add values using .htaccess ("php_value") does not work with a PHP-FPM domain (error 500).

Under Plesk 12.5, when we want a plesk update, we have this message in the window:

Can't connect to backend: No such file or directory

How can we reinit ou change this?
We don't have found any solution on the web...

Hi,
Searching for a problem in Apache error log i regularly see this error :
AH01068: Got bogus version 32
Followed by this one :
(22)Invalid argument: AH01075: Error dispatching request to : (passing brigade to output filters)

What to understand ? What can cause this error ?

Debian 8.5 with Plesk 12.5.30 up39
Nginx is off, PHP run as FPM by Apache.

after a problem during Update to Odin my Plesk 12.5 ist running again, but there is still something wrong with installation, so i cant install regular 12.5 Updates. Need Help Big thx!!

System hacked - help

Hi,

This is my first post so hello to everyone.
We've been recently hacked thru the I believed support portal which allowed people to attached the files.
Soon after the server was trying to send lots of the spam close to 40k in a 2 days time- most of the where blocked as we got limit set to 100 per hour for sending emails.
The spam was coming from php script which was hidden in one of the main website folder.
We have noticed that all the index.html files on the main page have been...

Cant use SSL on domains

Hello,

i just configure a certificate on a domain but the server does not response. SSL Support on this domain is enabled and ssl certificate is selected.

https is working fine on 8443 for plesk, but 443 are not working.

443 port is listening.

Please, help me!

Problem with DNS update of subdomain

Dear community,

I have a Problem with DNS of subdomains. Plesk is acting as master dns server and will push dns record updates to slave dns servers of my hosting Provider.

example.com
-> DNS 1: ns1.first-ns.de
-> DNS 2: robotns2.second-ns.de
-> DNS 3: robotns3.second-ns.com

DNS records of the root domain are working without any problems. When I create a subdomain under example.com, i.e. test.example.com, those DNS records are not pushed corretly to the slave dns servers.

I'm working on setting up a new domain on my server and having some issues getting it working the way I need. I need the domain to be able to access some files from another domain on the same server (I have another site that already does this). In the past I had to make sure php safe mode was off and set php_admin_value open_basedir to none and things worked.

I went into the php settings for the domain in Plesk and turned safe mode off and set the open_basedir to none. But it doesn't seem...

Hi,
I'd like to know how i check if in my Plesk 12.5.30 #60 (Centos 7) Header HSTS is enabled.
I used let's encrypt to encrypt my sites and i added this configuration in Apache & nginx settings:

Can`t connect to my homepage

Hi,

I ordered my first vserver from www.hoststar.ch. The Plesk installation was successfull. Now I have the problem I can`t connect to the website. If I try the ip everything is fine but if I ping the domain I got a diffrent ip. I tried grep to find out if the ip adress is somewhere at the server but there is nothing. nameserver ns1.domain.ch ns2.domain.ch are right. Is there anything I forgot? Its a ubuntu server. Sorry its my first server :)
