Errors when running cron when installing Let's Encrypt certificate

I recently installed a Let's Encrypt certificate in my domain, using the corresponding extension in my Plesk 12.5, from that moment when the cron programmed run the following error:

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 301 Moved Permanently
Location: https://www.mydomail.es/myfunction [following]
converted 'https://www.mydomail.es/myfunction (ANSI_X3.4-1968) -> 'https://www.mydomail.es/myfunction' (UTF-8)
Spider mode enabled. Check if remote file exists....

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
A hosting plan has "SSL" unchecked (disabled). Yet users who have subscriptions based on that plan can click "hosting settings" and activate SSL. They can even install a Let's Encrypt certificate on that subscription. As such a subscription as in our case disallows some other features, the Let's Encrypt certificate installation causes trouble on cert renewals. Another major problem...

I have migrated about 40 sites in the past week and today when I go to the 'Migration and Transfer Manager' I get the following error:

Forwarding emails causes softfail on Gmail

HI!

I setup an email account into my Plesk 12 to automatic forwarding all emails to an gmail address. But Gmail put all mails received into the Spam folder.

I revised the mail Header and its a SPF softfail causes because my server is not rewritting the sender envelope.

How can I activate SRS on my Plesk or solve this issue?

Hello,
I actually test https on website on a server with Plesk 12.5 and Debian 8.

If Nginx run i get this :
Secure Connection
The connection to this site is encrypted and authenticated using a strong protocol (TLS 1.2), a strong key exchange (ECDHE_RSA with P-256), and a strong cipher (AES_128_GCM).

But if it don't run (Apache only) i get this :

Question about changing domain

I'm using Plesk 12.0.18 and I have a question.

I have a website set up but I want to change the domain and set up redirects to new content pages on the new domain from the old.

I looked up on renaming the domain of a current subscription but I found out that deletes my current files and databases :/ Is that true?

What's the best way of going about with this and having my emails forward to the new domain?

I was thinking of setting up a new subscription with the new domain, enabling...

Hey there

I had a problem with my backup-manager because it said the mysql.proc tables where corrupted.

Like this

mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'SHOW FUNCTION STATUS WHERE Db = 'somewebsite_'': Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted (1548)

So i found the KB article to solve this problem...

Hi there,

since today i am getting updating problems wit atomic base rule set on all server .

So what can i do ?

I have still totally removed modsecurity as described on article

und reinstalled via plesk installer, still same output:

[PPP-526] Hide controls for rejection messages NOT WORKING.

I'm running Plesk 12 (installed last week) on a Centos 7 box. I'm running in ISP View, and in the Interface Controls Visibility section I've checked the box for "Hide controls for rejection messages for non-existent mail addresses".

However, when I log in as a subscriber, I can still see those controls.

What am I missing?

Make service plan available for all...?

Hi guys,

We are currently migrating a ton of accounts from several Plesk 12.5.x servers to one single Plesk 12.5.x server. The new server already has a few accounts and also service plans available.

However the problem is, is that the created, or better said, available service plans are selectable for all subscriptions. If I try to change (Change Plan) a subscription's service plan, none of the service plans are being displayed.

Is there a way to make them available for all subscriptions...

Cant use SSL on domains

Hello,

i just configure a certificate on a domain but the server does not response. SSL Support on this domain is enabled and ssl certificate is selected.

https is working fine on 8443 for plesk, but 443 are not working.

443 port is listening.

Please, help me!

uninstall tomcat

Hello!

I use Plesk to configure a server. Sometimes (I think)tomcat produce a lot of CPU usage.

Did I need Tomcat7 on my server ?
If not, how can I remove it?

I tried to uninstall it from the components. But I think it is still there. For example I find it afer some updates as a running process. Before I try to stop it with the command: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/tomcatmng --stop

Been trying to migrate several servers now, only one worked so far, the other one is a pain in the ....
I already spend hours on this and the boss is getting annoyed with Plesk at the moment. And he is even considering to make a permanent move to something else.


The debug.log is in the next post because of the stupid forum limit. Sigh.


The error message in the Plesk migration tool is also not very useful:

Sorry for the old question. I found and read only threads which are older than 2016 or related to wordpress.
I use Woltlab communities where I selected the option "Activate GZIP", nothing more.

Please can someone help and explain in detail where to put the correct Browser-caching instruction.

Having 87k mails in inbox

Hi there

as it seems a customer shared his password with the wrong people. Now we have a lot of outgoing mails - which I was able to remove by clearing the queue. But a few 10000 were already out and now most of them were rejected. How can i remove all messages came in the last 24h for the inbox?

I'm still a relative newbie to Plesk, and I do not do much server work (I'm a part-time front-end developer most the time). However, I am in charge of maintaining what already exists, and in order for a plug-in to work within something else, I need to install poppler-utils (pdftotext) for use within an app on a specific domain. I am trying to follow the instructions of the plug-in that say the following:
