Hi,

when I execute a scheduled task in panel, the task start correctly but without stopping (without error). And finally the task is not executed.

domain > ftp access > user > ssh access > /bin/sh

settings > scheduled tasks > settings > shell crontab > /bin/sh

I tried with url and with path (/var/www/vhosts/domain/script).

I can see task in plesk database and in user crontab.

Hi,

Server:
‪Debian 7.11‬
Plesk 12.5.30 Update #37

I upgraded mysql using this KB:
https://kb.plesk.com/en/127962

"Tools & Settings > Server Components" under mysql it says: "The component was not installed"

Any advice?

Hello, I sucessfully installed OpenDKIM, but it conflicts with built-in Plesk's DomainKeys.

I' confused because both trying to use default._domainkey.domain.com

Any tip about run both instances? I'm trying to change default._domainkey.domain.com by server._domainkey.domain.com but port25 or other checkers trying to find only default._domainkey.domain.com

Hi, I have a really big problem in my server and I have no idea how to solve it. Hope you guys can help me.

I don't know why, but PHP has been updated from 5.3 to 5.4 and all my domains stopped working.

Now, when I try to start apache
$ /etc/init.d/httpd start

I get this error:

Hello,

How do I change the defaults of the subscriptions DNS?
I tried the DNS Templates in Tools, but that does not seem to fit.

What I want to do is that all new subscriptions should use slave DNS with a pre-defined IP-Record (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) instead of master.

How do I do this?

Hi there! I'm in the situation where I want to migrate some 200 hostings to a Plesk server.

To ease migration for the clients, e.g. make it seamless, I want them to be able to continue to login with the same usernames for their mailboxes. Passwords are stored clear on the old system so I can copy those, so basically they should not notice anything once moved to Plesk. That is the idea at least...

I registered to this forum because I've a problem with the Plesk feature "Move spam to the Spam folder" for each mail address and I couldn't find a solution so far.

Plesk Version: 12.5.30 Update #15
Imap/POP3 Server: Dovecot

Description of my problem:

I enable the Spam filter for any mail address with the checkbox "Switch on spam filtering for this e-mail address" and select the option "Move spam to the Spam folder". Now, arriving spam mails are correctly...

Sorry for my english.

When i enable forwarding in mails configuration panel in Plesk and add address from external domain, then i got mail delivery failure. For mails from my own domain all is OK.
How fix that problem without losing security?

Hi,
We have an e-commerce website running on a plesk Server (Debian 8.4‬ with Plesk version 12.5.30 Update #37) and using an SSL Certificate from Comodo.

Only on mobile chrome we get this error : net::err_cert_authority_invalid

I found this article but it don't seems to be usable on Plesk.
Any solution ?

1.After server reboot NGINX is not starting ok,
must restart service manually and then is ok...
2. After succesfull update to MU#14 and 15 Plesk still showing Updates available.

Please correct NGINX and updates issue in MU#16...

Hi,

I get a ton of mails from DrWeb-Deamon sying that a virus was found. This is 100% from SPAM mails and if not I just don't care.
How can I disable these mails without having a special Dr. Web mailbox and can I setup Dr.Web to just delete mails containing a virus?
There are many threds regarding the update notification but I want to disable the notification when a virus was found (A VIRUS HAS BEEN DETECTED !) and just delete the mail with the virus.

When I try to access Plesk Panel 12.5 in Centos 7 receives the following message:

ERROR: PleskDBException: Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) (Error code: 1045) (Abstract.php:69)

I have fixed with this solution (the only one that worked):
1. run this line, copy the password to some text file:

cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

2. vi /etc/my.cnf
i for insert, under [mysqld] add the skip-grant-tables (or skip_grant_tables)...

Hey guys, I have been here a few times looking for advice and have always found it until now so I thought I would take the leap to register and ask a question about one of my servers.

I have a dedicated server running CentOS 6 and Plesk 12.5.30 and everything suggests that the server is not struggling in any way.

My Plesk panel is smooth, MySQL DBs are responsive, SSH is quick and emails are sent out in a timely manner.

Cannot authenticate via SMTP for mail-users with mailbox OFF and forwarding ON.
It's not exactly an issue but highly odd behaviour.

- Add a mail user = mail address
- Set a password and a forward to: mail address in the process
- User cannot send mails
- Mailbox has to be activated for the user to be able to send mails with his address

Either adjust the mail setup page (it confuses people as they think their mail address doesn't work) or add a check box "can send mails through this server".

I have Linux 12.5.30 Plesk running under debian.
My main disk is slowly running out of disk space, so I mounted another disk.
Is there a wizard, or an easy way to move an existing domain to the new disk ?

Hello everyone

First i will explain situation.

We have 2 servers.

This is first one, a plesk 12.0 cloud linux server with every database on remote server BB

Then we create a new plesk 12.5 cloud linux server and we add same remote server BB on him.

Then we start transfering domains from first 12.0 to second one 12.5 via migration manager.

And here is what happens.

Migrator turns those 12.0 remote databases to local databases in 12.5. He even goes in configuration file of cms and...
