Hi,

I know logresolvemerge process belongs to Awstats, I see it running on my server hourly. Sometimes it overloads with high cpu/disk access.

Is there any way to run it daily instead of hourly?.

Hi,
Searching for a problem in Apache error log i regularly see this error :
AH01068: Got bogus version 32
Followed by this one :
(22)Invalid argument: AH01075: Error dispatching request to : (passing brigade to output filters)

What to understand ? What can cause this error ?

Debian 8.5 with Plesk 12.5.30 up39
Nginx is off, PHP run as FPM by Apache.

Hello together,
i can't seem to get access to the health monitor in power user mode.
As my plesk license was "upgraded" from a usual 11.x 10 Domains-License to new WebAdmin Package, i can't choose service provider view anymore.
How can i get access to the health monitor now?

Hello,
I just installed the health monitor inside of Plesk but it seems like there is no link to it and I don't know how to access it. I am having a Web Admin license. So what can I do to get it working? Also I am using the Power user view.

Hello,

Does the Plesk PHP ini files set the date.timezone parameter automatically?

I only just enabled the server to synchronize with a NTP server via Tools & Settings > System Time, however I have a client getting a PHP warning:

PHP Warning:  date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. 

I see that the date.timezone parameter is not set in /opt/plesk/php/5.X/etc/php.ini, will this automatically update given that I just configured the Plesk system...

Hi,
We've noticed on a number of our containers Plesk installs are failing to update. We have also had issues with plesk installs on new containers hanging.

The autoinstaller log shows:

I've tried multiple fastcgi config but all of them failed to handle my server traffic. After some time, the server will start sending 503 bad gateway error. Temporary solution is to restart httpd.

I've made some modification but not sure if it solve the problems since this modification was made after off-peak time (after office hour). Here is my current setting:

I'm kind of shocked no one has requested or written a guide on making the Plesk Login to only allow login in from a single URL, not the VhostDomain.com:8443 which produces an insecure SSL warning.

Is there a trick to making all domains server wide forward to https://TheProperPleskLoginURL.com:8443 ?

Also, this would help with security, and also when PCI-DSS scanners like TrustWave come by to stop bothering with it. As it stands Trustwave really complains about Plesk and the...

Hi i try to restore plesk 12.0 domain backup on another server under plesk 12.5.

On CLI i use this command :
/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore /path_to/backupfile.gz -backup-password -level domains -ignore-sign -verbose

I have 2 problems :

1 - My backup password contains a ! so when i tri to specify it in command i have an event error ... Same if i try to set it as env variable ... how to get rid of this ??

2 - I have this conflict message :

Hello i'm in plesk 12.5 on debian 8. I would like to install gearman lib in php7. I managed to do this in php 5.6 but I can not in php7. I followed this but i cant install package php7.0-dev...

Any ideas ?

I noticed Plesk uses an unsecured connection for webmail: webmail.mydomain.com
Can this connection be secured or is that not possible?

Hello,

I'm changing my server. Since the new one has a new IP and that I will have to change it for all my domains, how should I do to not lose any mail ? Is there a way to sync only the mails from my old server once the dns target the new one so I can get all the mails arrived during the dos propagation ?

I tryed to restore a backup from Plesk 12.5 to Plesk Onyx 17.5 But it did not work.
i got this messsage from backup manager

Hi,

after upgrading to Plesk 12.5 I encounter the following issue: I can't seem to add any mailadresses anymore, if I click on the mail button it gives me permission denied error.

Same happens with the Backup manager, I can't go into there as well. I know a lot has changed with Plesk 12.5 and that there are different licenses with different rights now. I have plesk web admin edition right now, and I'm thinking I should be able to do some 'normal' stuff in Plesk, because as it right now...

Good Day Fellow Plesk Admins,

I fairly new to Plesk and I have encountered an error that is rather puzzling. I haven't made any configurations changes recently and I have been able to Access the General Settings > Server Settings , however, today; I now get "Error: Permission Denied." I am logged in as an Administrator.
