NGINX not properly started on CentOS 7 even after MU#15;

1.After server reboot NGINX is not starting ok,
must restart service manually and then is ok...
2. After succesfull update to MU#14 and 15 Plesk still showing Updates available.

Please correct NGINX and updates issue in MU#16...
