Email migration from Cpanel to Plesk

Hi,

I need to migrate Cpanel email account and data to plesk Control panel kindly guide me how i migrate

Basically email data around 100 GB and more then 100 Email IDs. should i create email IDs manually or plesk migration tool auto create Id and copy whole data.
Transfer single domain from Cpanel to Plesk control panel
