Plesk 12.5.30 Microupdate #45 and #46 not installing

My server is running on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS‬ with Plesk 12.5.30 Update #44. Looking into the Changelog of Plesk there is Update #45 and #46 available but they are not installed. I tried to manual trigger the update via Plesk Panel and via CLI with The output ist:
