Upgrade from 12.0.18 to 12.5 WARNING: [MYSQL ERROR] Unable to connect database.

I am trying to upgrade 12.0.18 to 12.5 but this error appears, and no reason of problem was shown.

WARNING: [MYSQL ERROR] Unable to connect database. The reason of problem: View attachment 11052 Could you help me?
